Lauren Kapelson and Anthony Parillo

Rhonda and James Kapelson of Andover are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Lauren Jayne, to Anthony Edward Parillo, son of Sharon and Dominic Parillo of Medford.

Lauren, a 2001 graduate of Andover High School, earned a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education and a Master's degree in Special Education from Syracuse University. She is a special education teacher at the Columbus Elementary School in Medford.

Anthony, a 1998 graduate of Austin Preparatory School in Reading, attended the Culinary Arts program at Newbury College. He is vice president of Big T and D Trucking in Chelsea.

A July 2012 wedding is planned.
