Arrest: Mark Terrero, 20, 9 Bartlett St., unit 2, unlicensed operation, 34 Vine St., 4:27 p.m.

Breaking and entering a motor vehicle: 7 William St., 6:01 p.m.

Breaking and entering a motor vehicle: 34 North St., 8:20 p.m.

Arrest: Matthew Hanscom, 18, 38 Jackson St., unlicensed operation, lights violation, no inspection sticker, 367 Washington St., 8:50 p.m.

Arrest: Pepe Simpson, 35, 4 Grove St., second floor, revoked license, no inspection sticker, broken windshield, 21 Essex St., 9:30 p.m.

Suspicious person: 147 Franklin St., 10:43 p.m.
