Women's drug connection: Store parking lot

The driver, Cloud, told police she had dropped her keys and they were looking for them, yet the car was running, the report said.

Police said Withrow’s leopard design pocketbook, which was open, contained cut pieces of a drinking straw, a small glassine bag containing heroin, another small bag containing rock cocaine, and glass tubes that are used to smoke rock cocaine. The purse also contained a scale police said was consistent with the drug trade.

Withrow told the detectives that she recently started using heroin.

Cloud’s Coach brand of pocketbook, which was in the trunk, contained a makeup bag that held two small bags of heroin, and $337 in cash that police also seized.

When asked if they had just purchased the heroin, Withrow told police that Cloud had met up with an unknown person in the store, and that she and Cloud had two frozen drinks and pizza at the food court.
