---- — The Hilldale Cemetery Association postponed its spaghetti dinner scheduled for today at the Advent Christian Church of Haverhill, due to the inclement weather expected.
The dinner was a fundraiser, to support building a new veterans burial ground at the Hilldale cemetery.
The association has received in-kind donations to begin the project. The final phase will cost about $3,000, including layout of the graves and seeding of the lawn.
The association hopes to have the new veterans area completed by Memorial Day.
