Police log

HAVERHILL — Thieves entered a parked car on Westminster Avenue and stole a GPS and a wallet, police said.

The victim told police she found the front driver's side door of her 2006 Nissan Altima open, and a Garmin Nuvi 200-series GPS, valued at $350, missing.

She told police her son's wallet containing $15 cash and his driver's license also was taken.

The theft was reported at 6:38 p.m. Wednesday.
