Motor vehicle accident: Merrimack and Loring Roads, 12:03 p.m.

Suspicious activity: Broadway and Annis Street, 5:06 p.m.

Shoplifting: 186 Haverhill St., 8:21 p.m.

Disturbance: 70 Union St., 10: 17 p.m.

HAVERHILL

Disturbance: 49 Jackson St., 12:12 a.m.

Arrest: Damaris Orozco-Vazquez, 35, 257 High St., operating under the influence of alcohol, leaving the scene of an accident, refusing to identify herself, 257 High St., 1:44 a.m.

Threats made: 23 Nichols St., 7:25 a.m.

Breaking and entering a building: 30 River St., 8:29 a.m.

Breaking and entering a motor vehicle: 931 Boston Road, 10:45 a.m.

Assault: 383 Hilldale Ave., 11:03 a.m.

Motor vehicle vandalized: 45 Locust St., 1:29 p.m.

Breaking and entering a motor vehicle: 400 Lowell Ave., 3:58 p.m.

Breaking and entering a building: 519 Lake St., 4:54 p.m.

Arrest: Thomas Hanes, 54, 16B Parkview Lane, operating after license revocation (subsequent offense), unregistered motor vehicle, South Main Street at Haseltine Street, 5:25 p.m.

Breaking and entering a motor vehicle: 34 White St., 5:25 p.m.

Arrest: Conrado Baez, 24, 514 Hadley West Drive, operating after license revocation, lights violation, Stevens Street, 8:15 p.m.

Arrest: Jane Norton, 49, 136 Winter St., unit 6, assault and battery household, 136 Winter St., 10:25 p.m.
