---- — GLOUCESTER — A 52-year-old Haverhill man was found guilty in Gloucester District Court Tuesday on charges including 21 offenses of catching undersized lobsters in late October.
William A. Calnan had pleaded guilty on each charge, and was ordered to pay a total of $2,100 in fees for the 21 offenses as well as $100 in fees for each of three catch regulation violations.
