---- — The YWCA of Haverhill will present a domestic violence workshop at the Citizens Center, 10 Welcome St., on June 28 at 10:30 a.m.

Church plans ‘This or That Sale’

The Calvary Baptist Church Women’s Ministry and Bible Study Group will hold a “This or That Sale” on June 29 from noon to 3 p.m.

This sale will feature gently used women’s clothing and accessories, along with beautiful ceramic pieces, all at reasonable prices. Free interactive science and nature show

Jackson Gillman will be making his first appearance at Winnekenni Castle with an educational family show titled “Nature in Action, Story & Song” on June 30 at 2 p.m.

He won’t have a live animal show, but, as the Stand-Up Chameleon, he will become them, and so will the audience. Join Jackson as slithering snakes, curious turtles, spouting whales, hip-hopping kangaroos and much more in this playful romp.

Talk on prostate cancer July 8

Dr. Ankur Mehta from Steward Health System will lead a prostate cancer information program and support group on July 8 at 6 p.m. at the Citizens Center, 10 Welcome St.
