HAMPSTEAD — Whether you have a beautiful car to show off or just enjoy looking at beautiful cars, the Cruisin’ Car Show is the place for you.
The show will be held on July 26 between 11 a.m. and 2 p.m. at the St. Anne Church parking lot, 26 Emerson Ave.
Come check out classic cars, hot rods, antiques and other special-interest cars. Plaques will be awarded to the four best all-around cars. There is no fee to participate or attend. Drivers are entitled to a free hot dot dog and drink.
The show is part of the 33rd Annual St. Anne Summerfest on the town green, located next to the church. The family festival and craft fair is open from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. and will feature games for all ages, face painting, live entertainment, a bake sale, a baking competition and more.

Organ recital set for July 9
METHUEN — Organist Damin Spritzer will perform on Wednsday at the Methuen Memorial Music Hall as part of the 2014 Organ Recital Series.
Doors open at 7:30 p.m. and the concert begins at 8 p.m. Spritzer will perform works by Böhm, Tournemire, Larry King, and René-Louis Becker, whose organ compositions were the topic for Spritzer’s doctoral dissertation. This concert is sponsored by Christopher Morss.
Spritzer has performed coast to coast and records internationally. She has been featured as a “young talent” on Michael Barone’s “Pipedreams” radio program. She has held church music positions in Dallas and Atlanta and of recent is a company representative for Bedient Pipe Organ Co. in Nebraska. Her first compact disc, a world-premiere recording of organ music of Becker, was released on the Raven label in 2011, to be followed by a second on the same label later this year.
