Pink Angels ride to fight breast cancer

The Pink Angels will host their fourth annual ride to fight breast cancer on Aug. 11 at the American Legion Post 227, 69 River St., Middleton.

This ride is rain or shine. Cost is $20 per rider, and you decide on the cost for your passenger. Staging is from 9 to 10:30 a.m. The ride starts promptly at 11 a.m. Riders will be traveling a scenic two-hour, 60-mile back road tour through Essex County. This is a fully escorted non-stop ride. A celebration following the ride will include food and numerous raffles. All riders, passengers, and their bikes are encouraged to wear pink to help raise awareness for this cause.

Net proceeds will benefit the Susan G. Komen For The Cure 3-Day 60-Mile Breast Cancer Walks. The Pink Angels, together since 2005, is a group of women and men who are committed to eliminating breast cancer. More information is available from Wayne Masse at wmasse@comcast.net or 508-641-8943.
