HAVERHILL — The following arrests were reported by the Police Department:

Tuesday

Jorge Cruz, 40, of 19 Arlington St., warrant for failing to appear in court, 19 Arlington St., 12:20 p.m.

Keith Locke, 21, 44 Macy St., Amesbury, possession of a Class E drug with intent to distribute, 180 Water St., 2:28 p.m.

Zachery Haggstrom, 19, of 18 Portsmouth Road, Amesbury, possession of a Class D drug with intent to distribute, failure to stop for a red light, 180 Water St., 2:29 p.m.

Louis Hernandez, 22, of 60 River St., warrant, 56 River St., 6:55 p.m.

Jose Polanco, 18, of 1 Water St., domestic assault and battery, unlawful possession of ammunition, 1 Water St., 9:10 p.m.

Thursday

Jeffrey Cullinane, 22, of 20 Wayside Farm, disturbing the peace, Lafayette Square, 1 p.m.

Ronnie Lawler, 38, of 48 Portland St., domestic assault and battery, 48 Portland St., 3 p.m.

Angel Rivera, 30, of 25 Victor St., breaking and entering in the nighttime, 144 Hilldale Ave., 6 p.m.
