Hunting and Fishing Expo set for this weekend

SALEM — Outdoor enthusiasts are encouraged to stop by the New Hampshire Fish and Game Department booth at the Rockingham Hunting and Fishing Expo Saturday and Sunday at Rockingham Park.

Stop by the New Hampshire Fish and Game booth to buy a 2013 New Hampshire hunting and fishing licenses and the 2013 New Hampshire Fish and Wildlife calendar. Pick up maps, law books and the 2013 summer brochure for Barry Conservation Camp.

The expo features many local and national outdoor products and services, as well as hunting and fishing seminars.

Blood drive Jan. 9

NEWTON — A blood drive will be held Jan. 9 at Town Hall.

The drive, sponsored by the Fire Department, is from 2 to 7 p.m. Refreshments will be available.

Andover temple plans blood drive

ANDOVER — Temple Emanuel, 7 Haggetts Pond Road, will hold a community blood drive Jan. 15 from 1:30 to 7:30 p.m.

Sacred Hearts School open house

HAVERHILL — Sacred Hearts School, 31 S. Chestnut St., will hold open houses Jan. 15 from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. and 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. and Jan. 31 from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.
