Readers needed for Write-Away Contest

The District Parent Council is seeking volunteers to help read entries for this year’s Write-Away!! Contest.

The stories are in and processed and the next step is to read and qualify them. Volunteer readers will decide which are written well enough to be forwarded to the next round.

If you can spare an hour to read one or two entries, it would be greatly appreciated. No experience is necessary and volunteers will be trained.

Reader training is available Monday, March 18 from 9:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. at the Burnham School, 45 Fountain St. To volunteer or for more information contact Tricia Manjounes at President@haverhilldpc.org or call 978-914-4707.

To become a sponsor or if you know someone who would like to be a sponsor please contact Herb Bergh at communications@haverhilldpc.org.
