Sea Tern offers lots of entertaining space and unobstructed beach access

Open house today, April 13 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Beach lovers will delight in the seven-bedroom, three-bathroom oceanfront home tucked into the sandy shores at 103 Atlantic Avenue in Seabrook Beach Village. Sitting directly on the lovely dunes, and out of the flood zone, this home, known as the Sea Tern, offers lots of entertaining space and unobstructed access to the beach.

The soft sands, rhythmic sounds, and salty tang of the beach are at your threshold and the home is positioned next to town conservation land. Whether you take a moonlight stroll along the ocean or head out for a fun day of sun and surf, the beach is truly at your doorstep.

This quintessential beach house is comfortable and has lots of room for guests, could be a great rental property, and has a heated first floor and basement for year-round living.

The large oceanfront family room has huge picture windows framing the gorgeous natural surroundings and features a fantastic wood-burning fireplace and built-ins. It is the ideal spot for listening to the waves while reading a book or hosting summer movie nights. The expansive patio and deck wrap-around the back of the house and provide space for barbequing and entertaining family and friends.

The bright, tiled kitchen offers clean contemporary cabinets, lots of counter space, storage space, and a center island. It has direct access to the dining room and the cozy three-season porch.

There are two large bedrooms on the first floor, as well as a full bathroom for washing away all the salt water and sand.

Upstairs, each of the four bedrooms on the second floor provides an awe-inspiring view of the Atlantic Ocean, and there is a 3/4 bathroom.

The seventh bedroom is in the basement, is heated, and has a lovely fireplace. It also has its own private entrance from outside, could be utilized as second family room or play room, and has access to its own full bathroom.
