A peaceful spot on the N.H. Seacoast

Standing on the natural stone patio gazing out at the jewel-toned Atlantic Ocean, pristine Wallis Sands Beach and the Isles of Shoals at the horizon, it is hard to imagine a more peaceful spot on the New Hampshire Seacoast. The impressive two-bedroom condominium at 1080 Old Ocean Boulevard in highly desirable Rye is all about the year-round pleasures of oceanfront living.

Located on a quiet dead end street, the luxurious beach-level home is one of seven condos on the property. The handsome home, in the marvelously renovated building with amazing unobstructed views of the ocean, is a seamless combination of an artful interior and an enormous beachfront patio that embraces the spectacular location.

Inside the 22-foot wide living room is dazzling with a wall of windows that provide breathtaking ocean views and sliding glass doors out to the patio that bathe the room with natural light. For times when nature is a more dramatic and stirs up a tempest, at the touch of a button there are motorized storm shutters in perfect condition.

With an open concept, the large living room flows gracefully to the custom designed kitchen featuring hardwood cabinets in a soft maple tone that melds perfectly with the delicious natural tones of the sea and sand beyond the wall of windows. Gorgeous granite countertops further enhance the aura of natural beauty.

Beyond beauty, the kitchen is well designed with a convenient breakfast bar, state-of-the art stainless steel appliances and even a wine cooler. It would be delightful to work in the kitchen while also watching the foamy waves roll up on the beach.

Maximizing the ocean views, the open concept layout easily flows to a dining room with a wet bar. The space is equally well planned for entertaining or just for relaxing and enjoying the rhythmic symphony of the sea.
