The Newburyport-based whale-watching boat Prince of Whales tied up at Newburyport's waterfront damaged some docking during the rough waves of Hurricane Sandy on Monday night. City officials and the US Coast Guard were on hand as the decision was made to keep the craft tied up instead of possibly moving upriver.
