BRENTWOOD — A Derry woman has been indicted in a three-town robbery spree.
Rochelle Richards, 23, was indicted by a Rockingham County Superior Court grand jury on an attempted robbery charge for an incident April 9 at Subway restaurant in Londonderry.
Richards entered the restaurant that evening and told an employee, ‘‘I have a gun, give me all your money,” the indictment said.
The employee laughed at Richards and asked to see the gun, according to Londonderry police.
Richards fled, and the car she was driving was stopped by police a short time later on Route 28 in Derry.
Richards confessed to the attempted robbery and three robberies in Derry and Manchester. All four occurred within a week.
Richards was recently indicted in the two Manchester robberies, according to the Hillsborough County attorney’s office. She has not been indicted in the Derry robbery.
She admitted to having a heroin addiction and needing money when she appeared for a bail hearing in 10th Circuit Court in Derry.
Richards is being held on $50,000 cash bail.
