Missing Londonderry woman found

LONDONDERRY — Police have located a Londonderry woman missing since Thursday.
Barbara Martineau, 69, was reported missing about 8:30 a.m. after traveling to Nashua to meet with her attorney, according to Lt. Tim Jones of the Londonderry Police Department. He did not know why she was meeting with the attorney.

Later that morning, the department received a call from police in Manchester after she was spotted in that area, asking for directions back to Nashua, Jones said.

A local resident saw Martineau in the CVS store in Londonderry about 4 p.m. and called police, according to Londonderry police Lt. Kevin Cavallaro. She was in good health and is back with her family, he said.

No further information was available on why she disappeared.

Martineau's family had told police her behavior was out of the ordinary, Jones said. They also said she had a “fading memory,” he said.
