UPDATE: Missing Methuen woman found in Salem, N.H.

METHUEN — Police have located a 79-year-old city woman who went missing earlier today.

Jean Roberge of 4 Gleason St. was found having dinner at T-Bones Great American Eatery on Route 28 in Salem, N.H., police Chief Joseph Solomon said. Solomon said Roberge, who has dementia, had walked to the restaurant and was found unharmed.

Methuen police were searching the Broadway area for Roberge after she reportedly went missing around 2:30 p.m.

Solomon said Roberge has been brought back to Methuen Village, an assisted living development.
