LAWRENCE — An 18-year-old Lowell man was shot and killed outside a house party on Broadway early this morning — the second murder this year in the city.
Police said Richard Bonilla, 653 Broadway, apartment 2, Lowell, was shot in the head about 1 a.m. He was flown to a Boston hospital, but succumbed to his injuries a few hours ago.

HAVERHILL -- As the city discovers more structural problems at Hunking School, residents will likely be asked to vote early next year on whether to pay for a new school. That is according to a timeline suggested by an architect studying the project,
