Hit-and-run suspect charged with OUI

ANDOVER — Police say they’ve arrested the driver of a black Ford F150 pickup truck that hit two vehicles in the CVS Pharmacy parking lot on Route 114 yesterday afternoon and drove away.

Patrick Bulman, 29, of 311 Lowell St., Andover, was charged with operating under the influence of liquor, second offense, and two counts of leaving the scene after property damage. He is scheduled to be arraigned in Lawrence District Court tomorrow.

Andover Police Commander Charles Heseltine said one of owners of the damaged vehicle had a video of Bulman’s pickup truck leaving the scene at CVS.

North Andover police called Andover police at about 1:20 p.m. to request help in locating a pickup truck involved in a hit and run accident, last seen on Route 133 headed toward Andover. Andover police stopped the pickup truck at the intersection of Routes 28 and 133, according to Heseltine.
