Police: Man has life-threatening wounds after shooting

LAWRENCE — State police said a man is suffering from life-threatening wounds after he was shot this afternoon on Lawrence Street.

The shooting happened just before 4 p.m. in the area of 233 Lawrence St.

State police said the man was taken to Lawrence General Hospital.

No other details about the shooting were immediately available.
