Note found with body of slain teacher

DANVERS — "I hate you all."

That's what the note said that was found next to the partly-buried body of Danvers High School teacher Colleen Ritzer of Andover that was discovered in woods adjacent to the school the morning after she was slain, court documents released this morning reveal.

Police believe that note was written by Philip Chism, a 14-year-old boy who is charged with robbing, raping and then murdering Ritzer, 24, inside a student bathroom at the school.

The detail is among many new facts contained in an affidavit released this morning, a day after Chism was indicted by an Essex County grand jury.

The affidavit by state Trooper Robert LaBarge also details a timeline, compiled from surveillance video.

Prosecutors also say he planned the attack.
