Theft: Sleepy Hollow Lane, 5:49 a.m.

Domestic incident: Iron Gate Drive, 1:12 p.m.

Domestic incident: Spencer Court, 2:56 p.m.

Theft: Greenwood Road, 3:49 p.m.


House break: 15 Buswell St., two flat screen TVs and $150 in assorted change stolen, rear door lock damaged, 9:45 p.m.

Arrest: Rafael Isabel-Pereyra, 52, of 11 Fernales St., Dorchester; illegal possession of heroin and providing a false name to a police officer, Avon and Bruce streets, 2 p.m.

Arrest: Edward Szczepanik, 29, of Landaff, N.H.; illegal possession of heroin, Avon and Bruce streets, 2 p.m.

Arrest: Jose Lopez, 30, of 47 Atkinson St., #1, Lawrence; illegal possession of heroin and two outstanding warrants, Avon and Bruce streets, 2 p.m.

Disturbance: Loud noise complaint, 185 Water St., 1:41 a.m.

Disturbance: Unwanted guest, 241 Broadway, 11 a.m.

Trespassing: Brother’s Pizza, 145 Lawrence St., 2:51 p.m.

Unwanted guest: McDonald’s, 50 Broadway, 7:28 p.m.


Vandalism: Glass broken, 51 Osgood St., 12:13 a.m.

Larceny: Piece of equipment taken, 386 Merrimack St., 9:08 a.m.

Illegal dumping: Broadway and Nevins Road, 12:06 p.m.

Crash: With injury, East and Arthur streets, 1:28 p.m.

Arrest: Barry S. Waugh, Jr., 168 Maple St., possession of a class B substance, Brook and Jackson streets, 2:16 p.m.

Shoplifting: Family Dollar, 246 Broadway, 8:33 p.m.

Crash: With injury, Broadway and Osgood Street, 11:44 p.m.


Summons issued for driving after license suspension: near 1035 Great Pond Road, 6:56 a.m.

Citation issued for speeding: Holt Road and Osgood Street, 9:23 a.m.

Citation issued for speeding: Barker and Osgood streets, 9:59 a.m.

Larceny: 64 Jefferson St., 11:53 a.m.

Identity theft: 1560 Salem St., 1:08 p.m.

Hit and run accident: near 1600 Osgood St., 1:31 p.m.

Arrest: Marjorie Robles, 39, of 42 Kendall St., Lawrence, driving after license suspension, near 200 Sutton St., 5:21 p.m.

Larceny of cell phone: 27 Royal Crest Drive, 10:33 p.m.
