I-93 wrong-way driver faces DWI charge

LONDONDERRY — N.H. State Police charged a Litchfield man with DWI early this morning after he drove south on the northbound side of Interstate 93 near Exit 5.

Police said they received reports of a wrong-way driver on I-93 at about 1:40 a.m. today.

State and Londonderry police found Roderick Lefort, 28, after he drove off the highway near Exit 5.

He wasn't injured and no one else was involved in the incident, police said.
