These recipes and accompanying videos will be featured at Taste of the Trib next week:

Dinner Challenge, Part II: Laurie Lufkin of Essex continues to put together her 30-minute, $10 meal for four, incorporating vegetables.

Marinated chicken: Andy Varela of Maitlanfd Mountain Farm in Salem uses a peppery puree before pan-frying his poultry.

Steak: Chef Dave Foegely of Harry and Izzy’s in Indiana grills the restaurant’s Izzy Steak for you, and lays it over a signature barbecue sauce.
