60 cats rescued from storage unit in Milford, N.H.

MILFORD, N.H. (AP) - More than 60 cats were rescued from a storage unit when the renter was evicted, according to an investigator for the Animal Rescue League of New Hampshire.

Maureen Prendergast said the cats were discovered when the storage facility owner went to evict a man living illegally in the unit. The landlord called the sheriff's office to help with the eviction.Read this article in full with a
