Landlord charged with destroying tenant's property

LAWRENCE - A landlord was arrested after police say he smeared butter all over a tenant's belongings and threw the furniture and clothing off a second-floor porch.

Moises R. Fernandez, 38, of 487 Haverhill St. No. 1, Lawrence, was charged with keeping a noisy and disorderly house, malicious destruction of property valued at more than $250, resisting arrest and assault and battery on a police officer.Read this article in full with a
