Patrolman Joseph Padellaro said he was patrol on High Street around 7 p.m. when he saw a car with the engine running in Storrow Park with three occupants. The park is closed from dawn to dusk because of illegal activity in the area so Padellaro illuminated the car and approached it.

He saw three males inside making furtive movements, so he called for back-up and told the occupants to keep their hands up over their heads. After calling for back-up, Padellaro had the three men get out of the car. A search later turned up open bottles of beer, packets of cocaine, and marijuana.
