:Arrest: Zohel Flores Littman, 24, of 51 Doyle St., Apt. 3, Lawrence, failure to use care when starting, stopping and turning, and unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, following two-car accident on Argilla Road, no injuries. 5:22 p.m.

Hit and run: Truck hit a car in parking lot on Essex Street, witness gave description and plate number to police. 5:22 p.m.

:Car break: Smithshire Estates, doors opened to car, owner says multiple items missing, 7:33 a.m.

Accident: Two-vehicle crash reported on River Road, a car into a tractor-trailer, with injuries. 1:11 p.m.

Car break: Smithshire Estates, car broken into, 1:37 p.m.

:Loud music: Neighbor of Youth Center on Pearson Street called police to complain about loud music, which was turned down on request from police. 7:57 p.m.

Brown water: Reported on Apple Blossom Road, possibly due to fire department hose testing, 8:46 pm.
