Women’s Club meeting Tuesday in Haverhill

HAVERHILL — The Women’s City Club of Haverhill will have its first meeting of the new year on Tuesday, Jan. 7 at the Advent Christian Church, 160 Carlton St.

Coffee hour begins at 1:30 p.m. followed by the business meeting at 2 p.m. A program featuring Eric McFadden begins at 2:15 p.m. McFadden has performed hit piano artistry in Las Vegas as well as in Europe. He will entertain the group with music from the 1930s to modern times.

All Saints Parishto have open house

HAVERHILL — St. Joseph School of All Saints Parish will hold open house events for the nursery through grade eight on the following days and times: Tuesday, Jan. 7 from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. and from 5 to 6 p.m., Sunday, Jan. 26 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., and Tuesday, Jan. 28 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. The school offers small class sizes, accelerated math program, arts programs, extended day, state-of-the-art technology and a broad range of after school activities. Arts Foundation postpones AlumNight

WEST NEWBURY — The Pentucket Arts Foundation has postponed its 10th annual AlumNight, scheduled for tonight (Jan 3). In order to accommodate the many alumni who wanted to participate, the Foundation plans to hold the event sometime in July.
