Liza, a female Bengal cat, left, and Rodie, a chocolate Tonkinese cat, would love to be adopted together.
The two are in good health and prefer older kids and no dogs. The two were given up when their owner went into a nursing home. Both are really sweet and would make great pets.
Liza and Rodie are just two of the many pets available for adoption at the shelter at Nevins Farm, 400 Broadway in Methuen. The shelter is open Tuesday and Thursday, from noon to 6 p.m., Wednesday and Friday, from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., and Saturday and Sunday, from noon to 4 p.m. It is closed on Monday.
