Man admits to thefts from Masonic lodge

The judge told MacInnis that the reason he wasn’t sending him to jail now was to ensure that he could re-pay the Knights Templar the money he stole from them; a jail term would have prevented that. But he warned that MacInnis could be sentenced to up to 10 years in prison on each of the 15 embezzlement counts and up to five years for the two larceny counts if he violates the promise to repay the money.
