LAWRENCE — Police said thieves broke into a Trinity Street house by crawling through a bedroom window after they unbolted a set of steel bars. They made off with a 30-inch Samsung LCD television and jewelry, including a wedding ring.
Rafael Dissla told Officer Carlos Gonzalez he believes the break occurred Wednesday, between 10 a.m. and 8:30 p.m. He estimated the stolen items were worth $3,000, police said.
The case was forwarded to detectives for investigation.
