Police arrest three in Lawrence heroin bust

---- — LAWRENCE — Three people were arrested Thursday for possession or distribution of heroin following a drug bust by the city’s Special Operations/Street Narcotics Enforcement Unit.

According to a police report by Det. David Moynihan Jr., police were conducting surveillance in the Arlington neighborhood of the city when began following a blue minivan with New Hampshire plates.

They watched as it made several furtive turns and movements around the city, before finally stopping at the corner of Park and Lawrence streets around 2:30 p.m.

Police activated their lights and detectives approached the vehicle, where they found the front passenger making “furtive movements” as if to hide something.

Police then arrested Jamie-Lee Boulger, 22, of 47 Warner St., Concord, Mass., and charged her with possession of heroin, operating after revocation of license and several outstanding warrants.

They also arrested Dana Charles Hastings, 25, of 13 Salem St., Nashua, N.H., on a charge of possession of heroin.

Also arrested was Teodoro Cespedes, 41, of 54 Amesbury St., Lawrence, charged with distribution of heroin, distribution of heroin near a school or park, and several outstanding warrants.

Glynis Navedo, 25, of 43 Cambridge St., 3rd floor, Lawrence, drug violation near a school or park, Knox and Buswell streets, Lawrence, 8;19 p.m.

Kymberly Sidney Arnao-Castillo, 20, of 162 Abbott St., #3, Lawrence, assault and battery on a household member, 90 Lowell St., Lawrence, 3:32 p.m.

Paul Michael Loiselle, 30, of 9 Essex Road, Bedford, N.H., possession of a class A drug, warrant, Lawrence Street, Lawrence, 12:54 p.m.

Miguel Alicea, 40, of 66 Bennington St., Lawrence, distribution of a Class B drug in a school zone, distribution of Class B (cocaine), providing a false name to police following arrest, warrant, West and Acton streets, Lawrence, 11:12 a.m.
