Wood Mill now New England's largest eco-luxury development

Monarch on the Merrimack is New England's largest eco-friendly residential development. (And the only development in the United States to feature doors from Dr. Seuss' house).

When it was built in 1906, it was hailed as "the eighth wonder of the world." The Wood Mill was the largest building of its kind on the planet. With almost 30 acres under one roof and at nearly a third of a mile long, it is still described as a horizontal skyscraper. If the building were on its side, it would be twice as tall as the John Hancock tower and about 500' taller than the Empire State Building.Read this article in full with a
