METHUEN — A brazen thief pushed a shopping cart laden with frozen shrimp, energy drinks and Oreo cookies out the door of a Pleasant Valley Street supermarket, loaded it into a black Hyundai and drove away, police said.
The manager of the Stop & Shop at 90 Pleasant Valley St., told Officer Michael Velazquez the man entered the store about 12:34 p.m. Tuesday and loaded the shopping cart with 12 to 15 bags of frozen shrimp, four 4-packs of Red Bull drinks, and several packages of Oreo cookies with a combined value of $415.
