Summer paddle on Saturday in Andover
The Shawsheen River Watershed Association hosts a July Public Paddle Saturday July 13 starting at 8:30 a.m. from the Knights of Columbus, Main Street (Route 38), Tewksbury, to Andover finishing around 11:30 a.m. Participants must bring their own canoe or kayak. Woman tells about leaving the Amish
NORTH ANDOVER - A woman who left the Amish will talk about her experiences at the Stevens Memorial Library on Thursday at 7 p.m. Saloma Miller Furlong is the author of “Why I Left the Amish.” She is the first speaker in the Stevens Memorial Library’s Summer at the Stevens Thursday Nights series. The library is at 345 Main St.
