---- — METHUEN — Two people were injured when a vehicle rolled over onto the lawn of 486 Prospect St. Sunday at 5:32 p.m., police said.
Both were able to escape the car when it came to rest, as it started to smoke.

“Thankfully nobody was killed,” she said.
The extent of car occupants injuries was not known at press time, according to police Lt. Michael Wnek. He was also unable to release the names of the injured. Only one car was involved in the accident, he said.
The accident is being investigated by Officer Matthew Mueskes and the State Police Accident Reconstruction Team, Wnek said.
