Four arrested in unrelated heroin incidents
ANDOVER — Four people from outside the area were arrested in Andover in two separate heroin-related incidents Tuesday, one starting as a suspected drug deal in Lawrence.
First, police arrested Joseph Sperry, 25, of 30 Sycacmore St., Billerica, and Scott Ashton, 35, of 44 Upton St., North Billerica, were both arrested on Chestnut Street at around 9:30 a.m. Tuesday.
