More recent high school graduates are choosing to start at Northern Essex, according to fall 2012 enrollment figures. Examples include a 53-percent increase for Lawrence High School and a 30 percent increase for Haverhill High School. “It’s all about value and quality,” said NECC President Lane Glenn.
“High school students and their families are recognizing the value of starting at a community college. One recent Northern Essex graduate, who received her liberal arts associate degree here and graduated with a bachelor’s from Salem State was buying a house while her peers were worried about paying off college loans.” For more information about these events, please contact NECC enrollment services at 978-556-3700 or email@example.com.
