LAWRENCE — Police made two arrests early Saturday morning shortly after the Club Copa, 1 Mill St., closed.
Hundreds of people left the club when it closed at 2 a.m., causing a lot of noise, police said.
Tyrone Shepherd, 26, of 185 Magnolia St., Roxbury, and Keon Santos, 32, of 10 Door St., Roxbury, were both charged with disorderly conduct. Shepherd was also charged with resisting arrest.
A police officer saw Shepherd hit a woman, according to a report filed by Sgt. Michael Simard. Santos was interfering with the arrest of Shepherd and defied warnings to stay out of the situation, Simard reported.
A week before, police arrested Yisthen Inoa, 26, of Lawrence, after Inoa allegedly stabbed two people during a fight at the club at around 1:30 a.m.
