METHUEN — Michael Lussier, who suffered serious injuries in a motorcycle crash late Saturday night, is now in good condition at Tufts Medical Center in Boston, according to a spokeswoman there.
Lussier, 21, of 46 Lisa Lane, was traveling on Hampstead Street at a high rate of speed, did not stop at the intersection with Howe Street and ended up crashing on a porch at 251 High St., according to police. He suffered broken bones and internal injuries, police Capt. Randy Haggar said.
Lussier was taken to Holy Family Hospital, then immediately transferred to Tufts Medical Center. He was in stable condition Sunday night and had improved to good condition as of last night.
The accident was reported at 11:55 p.m. Saturday.
