NORTH ANDOVER — Several reels of copper wire were stolen from the yard of the National Grid facility at 1101 Turnpike St., police said.
The theft was reported to police at 3:35 p.m. Friday.
Thieves entered the yard by cutting through a fence in two places, police said. Police Lt. Charles Gray did not have an estimate on the value of the stolen items.
