Police, Marines launch Toys for Tots

---- — SALEM — Police Chief Paul Donovan and the Salem Police Department, in conjunction with the U.S. Marine Corps, yesterday announced the start of the annual Toys for Tots drive.

The annual drive will assist the Salem Christmas Fund, as well as the USMC regional program. Citizens are encouraged to drop off new, unwrapped donations at any of the collection bins located throughout town. Any donation is greatly appreciated.

Dropoff locations include: Salem Police Department lobby; Central Fire Station, 152 Main St.; Salem Co-op Bank, 3 S. Broadway; Salem Boys and Girls Club, 3 Geremonty Drive; Woodbury Jr. High School, 206 Main St.; Burlington Self Storage, 232 N. Broadway; St. Joseph’s School, Main Street; Best Buy, S. Broadway; WalMart, 326 N. Broadway; Soule, Leslie, Kidder, 220 Main St.; Sun Guard Securities Finance, 14 Manor Parkway; Parkland Physician Services, 18 Pelham Road; Essex Orthopedics, 16 Pelham Road; Myriad Games, 8 Stiles Road; Josh’s Toys & Games, The Mall at Rockingham Park; Get in Shape for Women, 224 N. Broadway; Standex International Corporation, 11 Keewaydin Drive; and BJ’s Wholesale Club, Cluff Road.
