Kilibrary offers lots of programsngston

KINGSTON — Artastic Arts & Crafts Studio is visiting the Kingston Community Library for a Spin Art class Thursday, March 6, at 6 p.m. Paint a keepsake box on the spin art machine, then decorate it with gem stones and glitter.. This is for children ages 5 and up. Signup is required, due to limited space.

Start a reading tradition with your daughter with a Mother-Daughter Book Club, for girls in grades 4-8 and their mothers. The meeting March 11 at 6 p.m. will be to discuss “The Invention of Hugo Cabret: A Novel in Words and Pictures” by Brian Selznick. Miss Sue will serve snacks and refreshments, and book-talk a few titles for the May meeting.

Book Babies, a story time for children ages 0 to 36 months, meets every Monday at 10:30 a.m . Preschool Story Time is on Thursdays at 10:30 a.m. for children ages 3 to 5. Check the children’s web page for updates or schedule changes.
