SALEM — A Pelham man was arraigned yesterday on a reckless conduct charge after police said he fired a handgun during an argument with his wife.
James Spaziano, 48, appeared in 10th Circuit Court, where bail was set at $20,000 cash or surety and a probable cause hearing scheduled Nov. 7.
He was being held at the Valley Street jail in Manchester.
Police said Spaziano had argued with his wife, Julie, about 8 p.m. Wednesday, before firing a 9-millimeter handgun out the window.
Spaziano was ordered by the judge to stay at least 100 feet away from his wife, not possess firearms and refrain from using drugs and alcohol.
