Dinner, tequila tasting to benefit animal shelter

SALEM — A family-style dinner and tequila-tasting lesson Monday at Santana Rae’s will benefit the Salem Animal Rescue League.

Tickets are $60 each and include a four-course meal and three tequila tastings. Santana Rae’s is at 90 Pleasant Valley St. in Methuen.

Tickets can be purchased at the shelter or online at sarlnh.org.

Easter egg hunt set in Pelham April 12

PELHAM — Pelham Parks and Recreation will host an Easter egg hunt on Saturday, April 12, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Village Green.

The hunt is for boys and girls up to age eight. The hunt starts at noon.

Friends of Pelham Library will have a book sale at the library from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Pelham resident to sing anthem

PELHAM — Nicole Pelletier of Pelham will sing the national anthem before a New England Revolution soccer game this season.

The Revolution announced Pelletier recently won an audition at Lansdowne Pub in Boston.

Library hosts craft fun for children

PLAISTOW — On Tuesday, children 9 and older are invited to Plaistow Public Library to make a colorful friendship bracelet to keep or give to a friend. Miss Cara will guide participants through the process from 6 to 7 p.m. All materials will be provided. Registration is required and the event is open to Plaistow Library cardholders.

On Saturday, April 12, children from 4 to 12 can join Crafty Kids from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Drop by to do a themed craft with Miss Cara. Registration is required and is for Plaistow Library card holders.

Benefit fashion show in Windham

WINDHAM — Windham High’s S.M.I.L.E.S. Club will hold its fifth annual benefit fashion show Saturday, April 12, at 6:30 p.m. in the school auditorium, 64 London Bridge Road.
