WINDHAM – Police last week arrested three teenagers at local schools.
A 16-year-old was charged with selling drugs at Windham High School.
Police records indicated the arrest happened before school on Monday, Jan. 14.
Police Chief Gerald Lewis said yesterday he could not release additional details.
“It involves an ongoing investigation,” he said, “which would be compromised if I released anything further.”
Two arrests were made that same day at Windham Middle School.
Records showed two 14-year-olds were charged with simple assault.
Lewis said the assault charges resulted from a fight between the two students.
