DERRY — Help 4-H and help the Earth at an electronics collection event sponsored by the 4-H Next Step Teen Club on Saturday from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Pinkerton Academy senior parking lot, 5 Pinkerton St., in Derry.
The Next Step Teen Club is raising money for a service learning trip to Dominica, where they will help clean beaches, do service projects, and meet pen pals with whom club members have been exchanging letters for close to a year. The club plans to send at least eight members and two leaders on the trip. Proceeds from the e-waste event will help fund this trip.
Accepted electronics include, but are not limited to, televisions ($15), computer monitors ($10) computers and laptops ($5), printers and multifunction devices ($5), keyboards, mice and cables ($5), VCRs, DVDs, CD players ($5), and gaming systems ($5).

Craft Fair in Hampstead
HAMPSTEAD — Visit St. Christopher’s Episcopal Church on Saturday for the annual craft fair.
There will be 20-plus crafters. Some include sewn items, crochet, leather items, photography, doll clothes, jewelry, ornaments, Disney inspired hair clips, baked goods and more.
If the weather permits, there will be pony rides, too.
